WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?


Training our clients in small groups has proved to achieve better results in a quicker time frame due to the highly supportive team environment and natural motivation it creates.
Train with up to 5 other people in our Team Personal Training sessions, a systematised approach to your fitness needs. Programmed according to your individual goals, this personalised setting provides in-depth instruction while focusing on achieving your results.
All sessions are 50 minutes long and include a dynamic warm up/mobility work, strength and functional movements followed by a metabolic burn which will have you burning calories well beyond each session.
